At Community Cleaning, we feel it is our social responsibility to make eco-friendly and earth sustainable choices in our cleaning practices, as well as within our community. We feel it is important to support our youth to build a stronger generation of conscientious shoppers.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. All refunds will be in the form of a store credit that may be used online or in store.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be emailed, or applied to your account.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or returned.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Website Delivery Policy
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the same time you place your order, we will notify you, and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in Canada. Any shipments outside of Canada are not available at this time.
An estimated delivery time can be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance, and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 15 business days of the date of your order. Business days are Monday-Friday, except holidays. Please note we do not ship on Sundays.
The date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.
Please contact us via email if you have any specific delivery instructions.
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, add the items you would like to purchase to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any additional charges by email following your order.
Sales tax at a rate of 13% will be charged at checkout.
